Luxury Home Development Scoops Highly Prestigious International Property Awards PROVIDENCIALES, Turks & Caicos Islands – December 12, 2006 – An exclusive oceanfront community being developed on the north shore of Providenciales is garnering industry accolades from around the world. At an awards ceremony held at the London Marriott in Grosvenor Square, The Villas at Blue Mountain won Best Development and Best Property in the 2006 International Property Awards – the world’s biggest and most important property event. This is the second set of industry awards the development has secured, as Caribbean World Magazine recently named it ‘Best Development’ in the International Caribbean World Travel and Property awards.

Over 500 professionals from all sectors of the property market representing 45 different countries attended this prestigious event presented by rock legend Rick Wakeman.
